About FIT.
FIT was founded by Megan Giles, a senior strategic communications adviser with more than a decade of executive leadership experience in complex, high-stakes environments.
Before founding FIT, Megan served as Head of Strategic Communication at Australian Retirement Trust, one of Australia's largest superannuation funds, where she led enterprise-wide communications for a fund supporting over two million members and $350 billion in retirement savings. She also led communications through the Sunsuper and QSuper merger, one of the most significant superannuation integrations in Australian history.
Her experience spans financial services, government, regulated sectors and education, across transformation, merger, crisis and reputation-sensitive environments.
